Campaign Plans 1. Publicity & Graphics 

Whether with a store Part 1 or with recipient partners Part 2, we are interested in having the general public see what Kiwanis does for our community - please consider how interactions with store staff and with recipients can be used to promote our organization - we are a great secret to most in our community!

The 2025 Kiwanis - Staples School Supply Drive Campaign Graphics are now available.

• Graphic images including editable bookmarks, Banners and Cash Mats will be available to the Clubs for their own marketing plans; Social Media, webpage, etc.. Stores will print these for their own use.  The “editable field” will be for a Club name.  

• You are encouraged to use these graphics on any and all social media that you has access to.

• Bookmarks - Top Priority, your Stores are waiting for you to bring them a PDF file of a Bookmark, with your Club name embedded in it. Here is what to download, Please Click the Resource Folder for instruction on how to CONFIGURE them. 

  1. If you have a CanadaHelps QR Code ready to go, 

     • Download the 2-2025 SSD_Bookmark_Editable Kiwanis_4 Up 2 Sided - Edit Auto F-B W- QR Code Space

       1. It has: Editable Club Name Fields -  Front & Back of the Bookmarks

       2. and a large White space to paste a CanadaHelps.org QR Code for your "Back to School" Campaign. I can help you with this, call me or email the Files 

  2. If you DO NOT Currently have a QR Code (whether you or not in the Future)

       2. No reference to the Tax Deductiable / QR COde

       3. Instead it has a Kiwanis Mission Statement about helping Kids
