We are starting a list of "additional contacts", for better communication with Kiwanians who play various roles in the annual Kiwanis-Staples School Supply Drive Campaign. The How and the Why: (Printable page)

• - This list will be kept "year over year". Edits and deletions can be done with an email to the KS-SSD Team or a resubmission of the contact information. 

• - These additional Kiwanian Contacts names will receive all “Campaign Update” emails.

• - These Additional Contacts are managed separately fomr the President and Secretary list. 

• - E-Gift Cards emails: these Contacts will not be added to the E-Gift Cards distribution list 

  • Currently we consider this too difficult to manage reasonably.

• - Campaign updates and E-Gift Cards will continue to be automatically emailed to the President and Secretary!

  • The President and Secretary names often change yearly and come to us automatically from our District Secretary Office and they are the basis of the Club List. (So make sure you file your Club Executive list each year!)

  • NOTE: The President and Secretary names are those that are in office at the beginning of the Campaign and by virtue of practicality, these can’t be changed throughout that year's Campaign. 

The Campaign Contact list Challenge:

We often receive emails from Clubs asking us to add or adjust names to the KS-SDD Contact list and this Form will allow this to be managed. 

• - The KS-SSD contact management system tracks President and Secretary contact information from up to 74 Clubs annually.

• So......it is generally too difficult manage adjustments or additions to the names in the President and Secretary KS-SSD Contact list,

  • unless; it affects the current President and Secretary contact information.
